Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

There is no doubt that this phrase no longer applies only to our household waste.  If we weren't already convinced, the pandemic has reinforced that the way we use our buildings is changing forever.

Research by Savills shows that the UK has as much as 40% too much retail space for demand.  Those who can seize opportunities to repurpose unused real estate and create innovative spaces catering for the way we will live, work and spend our leisure time in the future will come out of this crisis strongest.  The only limit is the imagination of our investors and developers (and maybe the planning system!)

Convene is in active discussions to take on London retail space and convert it into large flagship destinations for corporate occupiers looking for flexible space.
