Reporting a concern about an attorney

The Office of the Public Guardian has recently issued form OPG130 to allow concerns to be raised about an attorney, deputy or guardian. This is a welcome development where for example an attorney, who is in a fiduciary position, is not acting in the best interests of their donor.
